Regular recurring cleans for loyal clients. We offer weekly, biweekly, and monthly services. Most of your work will be this type.
A deeper reset for clients who haven't had their home professionally cleaned in at least thirty days. More thorough, higher pay.
Empty homes that need a full top-to-bottom clean, including inside the oven, cupboards, and fridge.
Offices, clinics, and building common areas, typically after-hours evening and weekend work. Consistent schedules, professional clients.
We also offer post-construction cleans and hourly jobs. Whether you prefer residential, commercial, or both, let us know and we'll match you accordingly.

No heavy lifting. We never ask you to move refrigerators, stoves, or other large items

Residential: earn a percentage of each job's flat-rate price. Commercial: guaranteed hourly rate. Either way, you know what you'll earn before you start.
Every tip goes straight to you. We never take a cut of gratuities. What clients leave is yours to keep.
Residential: cash bonuses for great reviews and reliability. Commercial: monthly quality bonuses of $100–200 per site. Great work doesn't go unnoticed.

Residential contractors earn a competitive percentage of each job's flat-rate price. Commercial contractors earn a guaranteed hourly rate plus monthly quality bonuses. Both keep 100% of tips. Full details are discussed during onboarding.
For residential work, yes — you provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment (all-purpose cleaners, disinfectants, microfibre cloths, vacuum, mop, etc.). For commercial work, NeatNow provides all supplies and equipment.
Absolutely. We offer jobs based on your availability and your preferred service area in Calgary. If you don't want to take a job, you're under no obligation to do so.
NeatNow has a Satisfaction Guarantee. If a client is unsatisfied, the contractor returns to re-clean the areas in question at no additional charge. This policy helps us retain recurring clients, which benefits everyone.
Your well-being is our top priority. If you're uncomfortable with a client for any reason, we reassign the job to another contractor, or let the client go entirely if they're unsafe.
Most jobs are standard recurring cleans (weekly, biweekly, or monthly). You may also do first-time deep cleans and move-in/out cleans. If you prefer certain types, like move-outs or post-construction work, let us know and we'll match you accordingly.

Contractors are paid weekly via direct deposit. Residential pay is based on the flat-rate price of each completed job. Commercial pay is hourly. Tips are always kept in full.
Yes. As an independent contractor, you'll need your own general liability insurance. A minimum of $2M coverage is recommended. This is standard practice for ICs in Alberta and protects you, your assets, and your clients. We'll cover the full details during onboarding, including recommended providers if you need one.
