For residential work, yes — you provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment (all-purpose cleaners, disinfectants, microfibre cloths, vacuum, mop, etc.). For commercial work, NeatNow provides all supplies and equipment.
Absolutely. We offer jobs based on your availability and your preferred service area in Calgary. If you don't want to take a job, you're under no obligation to do so.
NeatNow has a Satisfaction Guarantee. If a client is unsatisfied, the contractor returns to re-clean the areas in question at no additional charge. This policy helps us retain recurring clients, which benefits everyone.
Your well-being is our top priority. If you're uncomfortable with a client for any reason, we reassign the job to another contractor, or let the client go entirely if they're unsafe.
Most jobs are standard recurring cleans (weekly, biweekly, or monthly). You may also do first-time deep cleans and move-in/out cleans. If you prefer certain types, like move-outs or post-construction work, let us know and we'll match you accordingly.

Yes. As an independent contractor, you'll need your own general liability insurance. A minimum of $2M coverage is recommended. This is standard practice for ICs in Alberta and protects you, your assets, and your clients. We'll cover the full details during onboarding, including recommended providers if you need one.
