Yes. Every NeatNow cleaner passes a criminal record check and an in-person interview before joining our team. All team members are interviewed by the owners.
Contact us within 24 hours and we'll re-clean any areas you're not happy with — free of charge.
The home must be empty of furniture and belongings before we arrive. Please make sure no other people — movers, tradespeople, or contractors — are working in the space during our clean. We also need running water and electricity to do our job. If anything changes, just let us know ahead of time.

Certain things fall outside our scope: no lifting or moving heavy items (refrigerator, stove, tables); no moving vases or delicate items; cleaning areas that cannot be safely reached; removing excessive pet hair from upholstery; cleaning exterior windows; cleaning mini blinds (we can dust but not wipe individual slats); removing strong odours (mould, animal waste, smoke); cleaning inside dishwashers and washing machines; cleaning rodent/insect infested homes; removing excess paint; deep carpet/floor cleaning (steam cleaning, polishing, waxing).
Yes, we provide all cleaning supplies, products, and equipment — unless you'd prefer we use your own products.
